We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any product or service purchased by you will appear exactly the same as depicted or rendered in our online store.

All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities offered to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities offered to any person, household, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.

When you place an order through the Services, you are making an offer to purchase.

Salute to Home reserves the right to accept, decline, modify, or cancel an order where permitted by law.

An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed.

Because many of our products are made to order and may enter production shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that an order can be modified or canceled after it has been submitted.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist you; however, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production or fulfillment has begun.

If we decline, modify, or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email address, billing information, shipping information, or telephone number provided at checkout.

All purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

You represent and warrant that purchases made through the Services are intended for personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale or export.

The price charged for a product or service will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed and will be reflected in your order confirmation.

Many products offered through Salute to Home are made to order.

Fulfillment and shipping times may vary depending on the product, order volume, destination, carrier, fulfillment location, and other circumstances.

Any production, fulfillment, or delivery timeframe provided through the Services is an estimate only and is not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

Shipping carriers
Weather events
Natural disasters
Customs processing
Labor disruptions
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
Carrier disruptions
Other events beyond our reasonable control

Once your order ships, tracking information will generally be provided using the contact information supplied with your order.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you discover an error in your shipping information. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once fulfillment or shipment has begun.

Salute to Home names, logos, product names, designs, service names, and slogans may be trademarks or protected intellectual property of Salute to Home, its affiliates, or licensors.

Shopify's trademarks and intellectual property remain the property of Shopify or its respective rights holders.

All other trademarks appearing through the Services belong to their respective owners.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Salute to Home is powered by Shopify, which provides technology and services that enable us to operate the online store.

Purchases made through the Salute to Home store are transactions between you and Salute to Home and are not transactions with Shopify.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for the products offered or sold by Salute to Home or for disputes arising between you and Salute to Home regarding those purchases.

To the extent permitted by law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims or liabilities arising directly from your purchase of products from Salute to Home.
